Ejaz Hoda, Founder Director & CEO: A Graduate of IIT, Delhi and a post-graduate from IIM, Bangalore, has over 25 years of experience in the area of marketing research. Specializes in retail research and market entry strategy.

Has pioneered new research tools such as mpEVOLUTION, mPOTENTIOMETER and promoMETER, has co-authored iConsumer and has developed the ground-breaking research frameworks at Market Pulse.

Over the last 2 decades, Ejaz has directly consulted more than 50 reputed organizations in varied sectors such as small household appliances, building electrical products, stationery, packaged food, automobile and telecommunications. In addition, he has been personally involved in the preparation of strategic documents for Ministry of Tourism, Department of Post, NHRM and TRAI.

Ejaz is currently engaged in transforming the firm into a clear number two in the chosen domain of retail performance research.

 

Pankaj Agarwal, Director: A Graduate of IIT, Roorkee and a post-graduate from IIM, Bangalore, joined our Board of Directors as an investor. Has over 25 years of rich experience in the area of sales and marketing in information technology and currently also serves as Managing Partner Optimus – a software solutions company.

Pankaj, currently based in Vancouver, Canada, has been a recipient of a “40 under 40” award by Business in Vancouver, a leading Canadian business publication.

Pankaj is currently focussed on strengthening business processes and steering the strategic course of the firm.

 

Parveen Ahluwalia, Director, Strategic Initiatives: A postgraduate in Economics (UGC scholar) from the Gokhale Institute of Economics, Pune and MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune, armed with a brilliant academic record, Parveen has close to 30 years of experience in the business of marketing communications, marketing and market research.

After starting his career in market research where he spent 5 years, Parveen moved into advertising and built a reputation as a strategy planner of eminence.

Parveen now heads client relationships and business development.

 

Biswabaran Chakrabarti, Director, Retail Advisory: A seasoned sales & marketing professional with more than 35 years of experience in steering reputed brands including Philips Lighting and Crompton Consumer Electricals. His expertise spans sales & distribution management, leading large sales teams, product & brand management and business planning. He is also a Vice President of Rural Marketing Association of India and has been a jury member for various advertising award councils.

An MBA, Biswa has attended numerous strategy courses/ workshops at reputed business schools. At Market Pulse, he leads new business initiatives in addition to being at the helm of generation of market insights and trend spotting for consumer electricals.

 

Nikhil Khurana, Account Director, Client Servicing: Nikhil has 11+ years of experience in the area of business planning, industry analysis & research, market entry and opportunity assessment. Prior to joining Market Pulse, he has worked with reputed organizations such as Dun & Bradstreet, International Data Corporation and Intex Technologies.

Nikhil is responsible for client delivery on key accounts in addition to providing actionable marketing insights. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and International Business, from IMSAR, MDU University, Haryana.

 

Abhishek Kapoor, Associate Director, Research & Analytics: A mechanical engineering graduate and post graduate from ICFAI Business School (IBS Hyderabad), has 9+ years of experience in marketing research and data analytics. He has worked in reputed marketing research companies prior to joining Market Pulse. His passion includes analytics, R coding and online market research. He is currently leading the research and analytics team.


 

Vijaylaxmi, Associate Account Director, Retail Measurement: A science graduate from Kanpur University and a post graduate in Retail &Marketing Management from International School Of Business & Media, Delhi, has 7 years of experience in marketing research.
